Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return
You must have the original invoice for your online order in order to be enable to return the product
The product must be in its original condition and unused
The product label must attached for bags and clothes and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return process could be either online via contacting the customer service to provide a courier or returning the product to the nearest branch
once received the product our quality team will check the product then our customer services will contact the customers for the refund
the refund amount will be only via bank transfer only. Within 14 days
For exchange
it will be through our online customer service department, you must send photos of the product with all sides including the out sole for shoes and original copy for invoice Then the action will be taken through online customer service team, our you can bring the product to the nearest branch after confirming with our customer services
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the quality control team
the refund amount will be transfer to your account via bank transfer only. Within 14 days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
