Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered through our shipping partner.
  • Customers will be contacted before delivery to confirm availability.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting it.

Delivery Timing

Customers cannot select a specific delivery time. Delivery is handled based on courier schedules.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable:

  • The courier will attempt delivery again.
  • Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Mr Joe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Order Refusal

If an order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, Mr Joe reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders
  • Require prepaid orders for future purchases
